Si le premier fut seulement condamn\u00e9 au<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>bannissement, le second eut la t\u00eate tranch\u00e9e. D\u00e8s 1491, on trouve les<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crestin \u00e0 Boujeons, avec Jehan Crestin qui accense deux journaux de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>terre \u00e0 Pontarlier. Le patronyme, forme r\u00e9gionale du pr\u00e9nom Chr\u00e9tien<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>tr\u00e8s usit\u00e9 au Moyen \u00c2ge et encore utilis\u00e9 au d\u00e9but du XVIIe si\u00e8cle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e0 Vuillecin, est plus r\u00e9pandu dans le Jura que dans le Doubs, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>effectivement, ceux qui apparaissent \u00e0 No\u00ebl-Cerneux, vers 1760, sont<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>originaires des Rousses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Dans les archives anciennes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contre Claude Jacques Cretin dit&nbsp;&nbsp;a l\u2019huissier, du Bois d\u2019Amont accus\u00e9 de vol par Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Blondeau de Chaux Neuve etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 juin 1728<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contumace convaincu d\u2019avoir vol\u00e9 deux chevaux, l\u2019un au nomm\u00e9 Jobey, de Bellefontaine le 12 octobre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re 1727, et l\u2019autre \u00e0 Pierre Fran\u00e7ois Blondeau, de Chaux Neuve le 18 du m\u00eame mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For\u00e7at \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 et 20 livres d\u2019amende.
