Que Pierre Mougin Saunier et Anne Tissot sa femme, ayeul de Pierre Ignace Tissot, demandeur et beaup\u00e8re et bellem\u00e8re du d\u00e9fendeur ont demeur\u00e9 il y a vingt ans environ un an et demi dans la maison de Jean Darceot, p\u00e8re du d\u00e9posant. Pendant leur s\u00e9jour, ladite Anne Tissot donna en pr\u00eat vingt \u00e9cus audit Jean Darceot sur un billet ou s\u00e9dule lequel portait six cents batz faisant soixante livres monnaie du royaume \u00e0 raison que son p\u00e8re \u00e9tait illettr\u00e9.
