Les Follet\u00eate ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreux \u00e0 faire tourner des moulins de part et d\u2019autre du Doubs. Au XVIIIe si\u00e8cle, une branche s\u2019installe \u00e0 Cour-Saint-Maurice, au bord du Dessoubre, o\u00f9 les moulins sont nombreux l\u00e0 aussi.
